I've been to Nashville a couple of times. Pretty fun city. Not sure if it's worth trekking across Illinois and Kentucky every weekend over, but definitely fun for a visit.

Considering that Nashville is like a five hour drive away, that seems pretty fucking crazy. People really travel over 300 miles for their night on the town? Nothing wrong with the occasional weekend getaway though, I suppose.
