Trump has never been a non-interventionist. His biggest campaign speech in 2016 about his “America first” “non-interventionist” foreign policy stance pretty much said the way to fix the world of the ills of American interventionism was... to intervene harder...

I’ve dismissed most of my “discussions” with Hot Take because he is completely and utterly arguing in zero faith, but he very much is extremely supportive of Maduro and his installed govt. Here’s much of a different one:
