Take your damn star.  lmao.

What general policies do you like? Caging children? Overt racism? Coddling dictators and treating our allies like shit? Ballooning the deficit with an ill-conceived tax plan that gives rich people more money for no reason? Stacking the courts with far-right demagogues? Stealing a Supreme Court seat from Obama? Having

Been riding a Vespa GTS300 for more than a year. Before that, I rode a 150. The addiction started with a 50cc Kymco Sting several years ago. Don’t tell me my scooter isn’t a motorcycle - it goes as fast as a motorcycle, but I don’t have to worry about a clutch. Also, Vespas are sexy beasts of sexiness. :)

You know what doesn’t bring me joy?  Marie Kondo.

I get it, but still - have a place for people to wait comfortably. I’m looking at you, Country Cat in Portland. So many times I’ve had to stand awkwardly in a tiny space near the entrance and have waiters and customers squeeze around me just because someone was parking the damn car. You’re a tasty restaurant, Country

Mine is too! lol

Pfft. Ye of little faith.  It could be rock solid for YEARS.  Just have to flip that coin.

Eww.

I’m sure the Globetrotters are looking for new talent.

You know what brings me joy?  Not spending a lot of time going through my stuff to figure out what “brings me joy.”  Stop judging me for being cluttery.  I’m cluttery and I’m fine with it.  I don’t need to be clutter-shamed.  Sheesh.

Beautiful reflection on love and loss. I’m so sorry for what you’ve been through. Suicidal ideation is so scary - it can be overt, or even more scary, just something bubbling under the surface waiting to strike, but completely hidden from everyone. “How did I miss that?” is such an impossible question.

Yet more evidence that literally everything in Australia, including the road signs, is trying to kill you.

I have family that lives in San Diego. Since I live somewhere colder and wetter, it’s always a treat to visit the city, especially in winter.

I miss that car, although I’m glad it’s someone else’s problem now.  I forgot to mention - it was also a stick shift with a basically non-functional parking brake.  That was fun.  Just had to be sure never to park it on any sort of hill and hope that the transmission held it.

This is the car I had on my wall as a kid.  If I had the money for it, I’d buy it.  No question.

I am constantly seeing people wearing shorts here in Portland when it’s below 40 degrees and raining. I’m just...why?? You’re outside at a food cart waiting for your food and you’re just in shorts and a t-shirt, and I’m here in my weather appropriate jacket and pants and I’m like ...what’s your deal?

My first VW was a MKV Rabbit.  Fun little car that was a Tardis inside.  We once fit six dining chairs in it.  Not sure how.  We owned that car for 6 years and loved it.  Now I have a MKVI GTI Autobahn, and I’m still happy as a clam.

I owned a 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP for a year. It was a very fun little car. I think in a decade or so the Kappa platform will be catching eyes at shows. Yes, it was a dumb car, had an impossibly complicated roof mechanism that I was always convinced was about a millimeter away from breaking, had no storage, was

It was dumb but I had fun with it.
