That got a giggle out of me. It didn’t deserve it.

My husband is obsessed with the CC. Loves the shit out of it, always has. Nearly bought one last year but two separate dealerships told him that the CC has repair cost and reliability issues that the Passat doesn’t have. So he bought a Passat instead. It’s perfectly lovely.

That’s heavy, Doc.

Oh that’s...very pretty.

1980s European manual transmission and fun with a cool interior? 1980 VW Rabbit convertible with spider decals on the seats. It looks like it needs work but damn it’ll be a fun little ride when you get it going, and it’s cheap enough that the work you’ll have to do will still put you way below budget.

I mean...to have the imagination to write that scene, and then execute it so god damned beautifully. I adore this movie.

Sorry that was just right there. :)

asking Michael to stop the world and melt with him?

It’s not mind melt. It’s mind meld. Mind melt would be a very different thing.

Aha so you’re with me that the spore drive is a precursor to Genesis? I’ve thought that since the first episode.

Something like this - a big 1980s Chevy Impala with blue vinyl seats that would burn our legs in the Oklahoma summer.

DEATH AWAITS YOU ALL...with nasty big pointy teeth...

This one made me giggle. It’s not a haiku, but it should be.

I read this as “rectal of lies” which...is about right.

Plus - any phone case that is worth anything will obscure the last couple of millimeters of the infinity screen, which sometimes leads to text being cut off when I’m trying to read articles.

Am I the only one who kind of wants a little bit of bezel? I’m constantly annoyed by my s8's infinity display because it’s very difficult to hold without accidentally triggering something, especially on full-screen games. If I could just get a little bezel to hold onto, I’d be a lot happier.

I’m going to follow the advice of the race driver who’s training me as part of this package. If he tells me not to shift in the corners, I won’t. But good to know! :D
