With regards to Dylan Neal aka Professor Ivo. Guy is doing a really good supervillain. Doesn't over-explain, always seems one step ahead. Madness is just under the surface, though. Seems like a formidable challenge for Ollie.

ivo is gonna use the genetic stuff on Slade for sure. And I am really liking the slow build to The Flash. Deadshot is getting fleshed out. Waller is good- love that they know and just don't care that Ollie is Arrow. They are doing a good job building characters and expanding the universe.
