Canada is a progressive country and punishment isn’t really part of our justice system. It’s more about protecting the public from recidivism and rehabilitation for the convicts to ensure they don’t commit crime again. Are these people a further danger to the public? That is the question.

why? 2 party system is terribly undemocratic. Here in Canada, we have multiple parties to choose from and have a very stable country.
