In addition to the “characters to start with” - there are also “characters to avoid at the beginning.” Someone might do fine with them starting off, but they do have some nuances to their play that makes them tricky.

I was just thinking to myself, “What the hell is Kessel shooting at?” - but missed the deflection.

Is this normal? I try to treat anyone I meet online like they’re constantly flooded with mouth breathers and dick-pics... But afraid I come off as boring as a result - what do you think?

Is there some sort of multiplier for failing to win a loot box?

This is fun. Man gets offended by people who get offended. Offended inception.

Opened 6 hard earned loot boxes last night. Didn’t get a single event skin. I did get 4 terrible event voice lines and 2 underwhelming event victory poses though...

Thought the same thing... A opposite gender skin for every character would be super interesting, but wouldn’t work because of the cost of the voice acting (I’d assume). Not to mention it would screw with the lore/marketing/comics already in place.

Ubisoft in general lost my business with The Division. It was such a mess at launch I have a hard time trusting any games they produce.

It seems like the same situation here. Push out an unfinished product with major issues as a “full game” - then sorta fix it here and fix it there.

I want to love this game... Was always a big fan of Battlefield up to this point, but for whatever reason the multiplayer can’t hold my attention long enough for me to get any good. So I try to stick with a random squad that doesn’t stay together, run around randomly, and get steamrolled.

I’m usually pretty good at

Why not come up with some formula that calculates both capture % and amount of time captured.

Each third of the wheel is worth progressively more (1st 3rd: 1 pt, 2nd: 2pts, 3rd: 3pts) - as you’re capturing the point, points will be accumulated - so even if you don’t fill up any portion completely you’ll still get some

It’s annoying because I enjoy reading his books - but hearing him talk about how complicated the story has become as the reason makes me think he’s lost interest.

The Flip: Flip the controller straight up into the air in a bout of frustration, realize it was a mistake mid-flip, and desperately try to catch it before it hits the ground and possibly breaks.

Do you fly often? I think you’re underestimating the amount of time you need to spend in airports/in the air... Yes you can eat breakfast beforehand and that helps but you’ll still need to get to the airport at least 2 hours early to deal with long security lines in addition to your flight time. Stopping to grab a

I don’t necessarily disagree with any of that - different experiences, different people.

I agree, and think most of the people who read Kotaku do as well.
