In Seattle it’s about 50/50 on the water coolers. I’ve only encountered a few situations where they didn’t hold my card if I opened a tab, but I also don’t open tabs often so I’m not too helpful on that front.

I was looking at the videos of the school walk outs today and thinking almost every kid there is going to be eligible to vote in 2020, and some of them in 2018. Speaking as someone who went to high school in the south and had as close to abstinence only teaching as the school could get away with, we had a lot of pregnant teens in my school. So this method clearly works great. /s
