Deserve? It was my understanding most people don't want a live action film, if only because of how whitewashed a high budget picture would likely be.

To be fair, the game is probably decent. Lots of popular anime's have video games that don't become hits.

I would describe Wonderful 101 as a must have. It's not nearly perfect, but there are moments of genius and greatness scattered throughout.
