Chief Bei Fong was GREAT.  I enjoyed how she and Tenzin clearly have a long history of pissing each other off.

I think that point of Azula thinking her mother thinks that Azula is a monster is important, too, because *SPOILERS* one of the things that sends Azula absolutely bat-shit over the edge at the end is her vision where her mother tells Azula that she loves her.
