A friend of mine is a lecturer at university. She is looking for some kind of flashcard system that she can implement on her own homepage so as to get attention for her (at the moment joomla based) homepage as well as helping students study the language.

as for keeping plants save, I got a better solution: just add a lot of pepper on top of the soil in the pot. It works miracles.

I like WinMo for it's multitasking and the Shareware that is available. If there was a better way to synchronize with my Mac, I would be really happy. (I know about missing sync, it actually works every now and then).

I used Foxmarks for some time, and all of a sudden I had "spam-bookmarks" in my bookmarks. I removed them, they came back. I changed over to the Google-sync-system (which was given up for Firefox 3) and had no more spam. When moving to Firefox 3, I moved back to Foxmarks and again got new spam in my bookmarks.

It's too US bound for my taste in music. E.g. I have some 10 albums by the same Dutch musician. If I select one of those albums, Genius does not even come up with the other albums, instead it just shows me the top-sales from the iTunes store. I don't need Genius to give me mainstream information!

Even if Firefox add-ons work, it will surely not be possible to block adds on Google pages, so Firefox will stay my favorite.

After haggling the price down in a shop, my husband normally gets out his credit card and asks "... or do you prefer cash?". The answer will normally be to the affirmative, so he asks "and how much more do you like cash?", which normally gives him another 5%.

when I use the skins, my trash and spam shows up even though I disabled it. Without a skin, it's OK.

Missing Sync for Blackberry and for PSP are already available for Leopard. I get an idea that the company is keener on winning over new customers than on keeping old ones. Hopefully SyncMate will put some pressure on them.

... or just use your cat ;-)

I got a rather stupid request, but please let me first explain what I need it for:

What happened to Google Analytics? it disappeared from this selection and from any other list of Google services.

Here's a SW to look at, because its really impressive. ice1000 over at TGIF asked for something to copy only modified files.
