the real question is...

Caity Lotz mentioned this article on an Instagram post yesterday.

There’s references to Ollie sacrificing his life in the first season and apparently a photo of Kara Zor-El on Lois’ desk but the shot was cut; the first season was filmed with the intention of it being canon with the Arrowverse. COVID definitely killed the crossover potential and it was easier to cordon the series off

I feel like the main reason the Arrowverse doesn’t get the credit it deserves is, ironically, because of the main reason it worked in the first place:

Superman and Lois was screaming at everyone that it was not in continuity with the Arrowverse since the first season.

I lost interest in Supergirl just before it ended and dropped off The Flash when all that Black Flame stuff was happening because they both honestly started to feel boring. Which is nuts, because the majority of the Arrowverse shows were at least entertaining and a bit bananas. I will finish The Flash though, I will!

I have never had a TV viewing experience quite like Arrow s2. Several times I checked the time thinking an episode had to be almost over because so much had happened and it was so thrilling, but it was only like 15 minutes or less into it

They have to get Donald Faison back as Booster Gold in some kind of movie or something in the future, he’s great for the part.

I love you forever, Beeboverse, thanks for bringing so much joy in my life! IT also brought AV Club to my life. It’s a shame tbh that The Flash which hasn’t been good since s3 has been the last surviving and I’ll forever mourn Legends of Tomorrow and its unjust cancellation.

I remember on the great plateu the old Man (King) teaches you how to cook a cold resistance meal to tackle the shrine up on the snowy mountain. Or i think he is talking about it but forgets it and then you can find a note in his little house where he chops down trees. In Totk it was not really described how to cook.

There really wasn’t much of a tutorial on cooking in BotW either as I recall. You are meant to fumble around on some of these things.

Honestly BotW was the same way.  You're meant to experiment, OR find some slight explanations later. You're not gonna immediately know what every item you find is good for. And most items have multiple uses you figure out as you progress.

The plants that light up caverns are new to Tears, actually! They really didn’t spend a lot of time on anything during the tutorial, it was really far more streamlined than Breath.

Tbh, I think gamers seem to forget how much work goes into making a single character for a game, let alone a full roster. So I’d argue the “random” ommissions are less random, and it’s more like the studio going through the process of weighing the characters they think are most important, for the limited budget they

The guy was mentally ill, which is unfortunate. He was just playing the hand he was dealt.

And if you are gonna sensationalize the headline, you might as well do it like “Man Jailed After Beating Neighbor with Pokemon Cards, Was Super Effective”

i dont see vanellope von schweet.

“Professor Snape shitting in his robes and teleporting the shit away” Funko

The problem is they are over saturated. Every weird adult who loves Harry Potter has several Professor Snapes , they didn’t need the special 2022 “Professor Snape inspecting what bathroom you are using” Funko.

It makes me sick to see such waste. We have directives to make sure that electronic equipment is recycled or disposed of safely but this is ok to go to landfill?? (Note, we have directives in the UK and Europe, dunno about the US)
