s4 with Lex and the Agent Liberty storyline to me was the best season
If I were a betting man, based on set photos from the finale shoot, I’d be laying odds on Kara winding up with Mon-El, but I wouldn’t 100% say that’s a given. I saw somebody, either here or somewhere else, suggest she winds up in the 31st century with the Legion, and that feels like something they'd do to take Kara…
I would have loved this episode just for the Kara-Alex scenes. In some ways I don’t think this show has fully achieved its considerable potential. Too many of the plots were underwhelming. But the stuff that worked, worked very well, including Kara & Alex being IMO the best sisters in TV history.
Kara’s side of the Fortress of Solitude is so much nicer looking than Kal’s.
Yeah, they kept saying “DNA” but his cloning system clearly had some method of transferring memories so I’m just assuming he swiped some of Sara’s from the system.
I am surprised at how fast Spooner has become one of my favorites, but she is cute, smart, resourceful, and violent, so why would I not love her.
Obviously they weren’t going to do this, but when the spaceship crashed at the end, I was hoping Kara would pop out and say “Hey, I’m back! OK, watch my series returning next week in this exact time slot!”
I prefer this kind of cliffhanger to some ominous unknown villain that we often get. It’s a little more interesting, and I’d rather see more of Nat than whatever the next villain is. Though I wouldn’t totally rule out Nat being a source of trouble. Heck, maybe it’s not even the Nat from John Irons’ earth.
“Your excellency Lord T’Challa! The Skrulls are attacking Wakanda! Do you want your sister and the other heroes in the film to fight back while you continue to stand here with your back turned to me?”
I thought it should have been Jonathan. The twin bond should have been what they counted on to get through to him. We’ve certainly seen more of their bond this season than either boy’s bond with Lois.
I doubt this happens but it would be interesting if Lucy Lane takes over the DEO (as she did on s1 of Supergirl) after her father retires
That was amazing, with the much taller Astra holding Spooner & her legs dangling above the ground.
Just occurred to me that John is British, so perhaps it should be “Cluedo-manji”.
They’re already inviting Constantine and you know Alex Danvers would be way classier about it.
I thought this episode was one of the show’s more tense episodes, with the B plot with Kayla, Mick, & Gary possibly even more intense than the A plot in which almost every team member got brutally murdered. It was interesting too as the antagonists in both plots, Constantine and Kayla, are somewhat sympathetic but…
Nyssa is definitely group D. Historically she is not a big fan of weddings either. She tried to stab Oliver in the face at their wedding
We 100% need to know who else is on those lists and what groups they’re in. is Nyssa in group C or D? Is group D just Barry and Iris (won’t lie, that would be the funniest answer). And let Black Siren attend the wedding Ava, she’s as much Sara’s sister as those actors are your parents.
Matt Ryan is really giving some amazing final performances in the Constantine role. The path out is now clear, except for whether it’s through death or a more peaceful exit, and I can’t decide which I want to see more, just because of how well Ryan would do either.
The scene where Clark tries to convince Lana to stay in Smallville by telling her she’s his best friend is very sweet, even if that idea kind of came out of nowhere.
