I may have been wrong last week in my prediction about this being an all-time great episode, but it was still a great episode.

I find it weird that they separated Caitlin and Frost seemingly just to dump Frost completely.
So, I’m always driving home during the first half of the show and catch up with it the next day. Normally that’s fine and I don’t miss too much. But this week it was sufficient to make me think/hope/worry that it was Dr. Fate’s mask with a new look that had possessed Cecile. I was both let down and relieved to learn I…
I’ve seen people mention that they are going to recast Ralph eventually. They’re just having the character sit on the shelf for a while. Sort of like how they didn’t immediately recast Kate on Batwoman.
Granted, they could handwave it away with a “Oh? Did I not mention he has a new face?”
I get where Jonathan’s coming from, he thought it was better to know the truth then to think that her dad had fucked up again.
The Hartley Sawyer thing annoys me, in that he was so perfect for the role. I’m not arguing that he shouldn’t have been let go, just that it left a big, stretchy hole in the show. Not sure why they haven’t already cast a new actor; they certainly laid the groundwork for the change.
I didn’t really expect or need Kara to actually show up. I just find it strange that a bunch of the dialogue was about Clark being alone on Earth or not having any living Kryptonian family when his cousin is right there!! Like, Edge’s whole pitch was basically, “We’re Kryptonian relatives so we should automatically…
I, uh, fully approve of Psycho Pirate becoming a prominent and recurring villain. I also would love to see Sue become a main cast member; that actress is delightful.
Bonnie Tyler's agents are really raking in the bucks this week...
I’m trying to remember, did they come up with a reason why Clark didn’t help out when a trio of Kryptonian witches rolled up on National City and tried to terraform Earth into Krypton? In a perfect world Kara is 100% someone Clark would bring in to help, not just because she’s additional muscle, but as mentioned…
Crisis backdated the boys’ birth for Prime-Earth.
I don't think it's a seperate earth from earth 0 just yet. We still have that diggle episode.
This episode was darn solid, almost entirely by dint of the characters showing some intelligence. Most shows (especially CW Arrowverse shows) rely on characters being a little less intelligent than the viewer, but this one ... this one demonstrates some good sense. Lana instantly stepping up rather than spending half…
I love Danielle Nicolet as Cecile and am glad for her to finally have a showcase episode, she deserved it & the show this season frankly needed it
Well, I certainly hope Barry wasn’t going down to Iris’s STARchives, because as we all know, heroes don’t do that. They must only engage in missionary-style intercourse for the purposes of procreation.
I was right: That Psycho Pirate mask does make Cecile look like a Yautja (Predator). Maybe it’s her hair that makes the appearance complete. Plus, seeing her in the Thinker’s chair gets me thinking of a Yautja pilot. Not too shabby.
Compared to the absolute shit show that was the Forces storyline, the past two weeks have been a breath of fresh air, bring more case of the week episodes!
This looks a thousand times better than the previous anime attempt. Helps they’re adapting his best long form story. Uzumaki is the best horror manga ever IMO.
