I did visit the Icecreamists place in Covent Garden but bottled out on trying Baby Gaga. Expensive as I recall. Opted for a very nice lime and chili cone.

I tried Peeps after reading a Takeout feature and do not intend to do so again.

Must have said this before, but it seems negligent that you don’t include Swizzel’s Love Hearts. Coincidently, this year they have teamed with Krispy Kreme for a seasonal doughnut combination.

For a time, I lived in a village where the only local shop shut. A van with a selection of groceries and household items would come through once a day. It could be a bit hit or miss. There was a fish chap as well, though buying from him always came with a touch of paranoia.

I was thinking beer myself.

Back when we had milkmen they did delivery groceries. Not the most extensive range, but dairy products, breads, spuds, eggs, bacon, fruit juice and other odds and sods.
