Not really fussed. Had a fried egg-bacon-black pudding banjo the other day, and the ketchup went on the bacon and BP, but inevitably it mixes together and it was marvelous. With scrambled egg or an omelette, HP is a better choice.

I keep looking at packs of cauliflower rice in the supermarkets and can never see why it costs twice as much as rice rice? Might be worth a punt but it seems an expensive experiment.

I tend to buy frozen snails these days. From Lidl, though they didn’t have any in stock last week. They come in shell and capped with garlic butter. It takes about ten minutes to cook them from frozen in the oven.
Maybe when my Buddha’s hand stops smelling nice, I’ll use the zest to flavor scones or something
