If you reset the Xbox One (Press and hold the power button for 10seconds) that should fix it. After the Feb update it was doing the same thing for me (but in english). I could get to the Turn off screen but it would never understand Yes. Did the reboot and it works flawlessly again. Hope that helps

This car came out to a Dallas cars and coffee event here last year. The paint in person looked better than the pictures showed here when it was out.
