He had a right to voice his opinion and he did just that. Turtle Rock studios voiced their opinion by firing him. Simple as that.

Guy was an old bigot, no question about it. But should this Olin guy be fired simply for expressing his opinion on the matter?

Freedom of speech does not protect people from being fired by companies that decide an individual don't stand for the things they stand for.
