While I do love this, what I really want is something similar that also binds the media keys to a specific app like spotify. Nothing frustrates me more than pressing play and macOS and it slowly opens itunes and prompts me for a password. 

Ahh well just trying to cut them some slack I guess they do kinda suck that way but also I wouldn’t go there if you can see their screen while working cause thats totally not right either.

You emailing that information to the office could have technically counted as a HIPAA violation on the part of the office, when the receptionist said they “don’t do email” they likely meant they don’t send patient information over email.
