I love the Dan Orlovsky references. When he was signed for a second stint with the Lions, the excuse was that he was familiar with the team or some such nonsense. What, exactly, prompted the Rams to waste a roster spot on a guy who was the number three QB option on the worst football team of all time?

There’s a more recent school of thought that in some cases it’s not even a psychological issue as people usually think of them, in that it’s not related to anxiety, trauma, etc. It can be strictly neurological.
