I managed to snag another for me and one for the wife on Saturday. Much better made fresh.
I got one of these used for $40 as a means to add a camera for Twitch streams. The voice commands are responsive and kind of neat, but absolutely not necessary.
Sadly, Kinect probably ruined the XBox One’s chances. It would have launched at $349 without it and the PS4 probably never would have been so gangbusters. I rate Kinect right there with Wii-U and Virtual Boy for interesting attempts gone horribly wrong.

The director and writer of “The Pick-Up Artist” has been accused of sexual misconduct? Color me shocked.
