I have some DLC to get through.... For a second time.

Pretty standard stuff, I just hope this doesn’t act as some sort of invitation for pirates to try harder to crack it. Doom is one of the best games to come out this year and it deserves a very sale is gets.

They range from middle of the road to bad. Never terrible but I wouldn’t call their games exceptional. They make a good engine but that is about it, really. Most of their games are glorified tech demos.

just working my way through the Witcher 3's DLC. Just beat Hearts of Stone. Now onto the far more scenic Blood and Wine.

That is a console and not a specific game.

I’m the exact opposite. Just couldn’t wrap my head around Pazaak no matter how many times Atton explained it to me.

feels like the whole thing is coming full circle

In the games. At the beginning of Witcher 1 Geralt lost his memory after his time with the Wild Hunt. Yen did too but she quickly got it back because there were mages around her. Geralt wasn’t so lucky. Triss was there, decided to sleep with him (KNOWING HE WAS STILL IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH YENNEFER) and that whole

If this is a whole new game then chances are Sony is nervous about the Uncharted series being over and want to milk it for as long as possible. I like the idea of Chloe getting her own game but I really don’t want them to artificially extend the life of a series that came to a logical and satisfying end. So, yeah,

That is what I was thinking too. Would make sense.

It isn’t that I dislike Triss, it’s that I can’t get past the fact that she took advantage of Geralt knowing full well that he was with Yennefer. Plus despite all their problems Geralt and Yen really have something special between them. It makes sense that they would wind up together.

Is this DLC or a whole new game?

The sister’s reconciled and all was well. Regis and I hung out one last time before he left. Was nice. Then I returned home and Yennefer showed up to put a nice cherry on top of this happy ending for Geralt of Rivia.

Oh man, I hate MSG, that stuff is bad for you, ya know.

A bit over 300 hours, and yeah I’ve played through both expansions. Only once though, that is kind of why I’m doing this run. I wanna run through them again, this time back to back.

At least 50 of those hours has to be dedicated to Gwent. I think my main profile has run out of people to play Gwent with because I beat them all. Even did all the tournaments.

I’d prioritized the Witcher 3. It is easily one of the best games of the decade. That isn’t hyperbole either. It has all the polish of a well made AAA title and all the attention to detail of an old infinity engine CRPG

I put a lot more time into gaming that I probably should, though each play through of the Witcher takes me at least a month or two. This current run I started in August, stopped playing for a bit but then recently picked up again.

Try scailing back the resolution, turn off anti-aliasing, turning down the amount of background NPC’s in game and for god’s sake make DAMN sure that stupid Nvida hair works thing is off. That thing melts even the most powerful of systems I swear.

Don’t worry about leveling, the later main story quests give tons of experience. I went from level 25 to 36 in 3 or 4 hours of play. Also, the game has a lot of minor branching points that have drastic consequences. I still haven’t seen everything play out in every way. I guarantee that you won’t a hell of a lot of
