I have heard Windows 10 described as a virus. It worms its way into your computer, downloads things you don’t want and breaks a bunch of stuff that was fine before. All without your consent or desire to have it.

It really is remarkable that Doom even exists in the era of slow paced cover shooters. Doom is probably the most fun I’ve had with an FPS since Wolfenstein The New Order. Strange how the best shooters around are genuine revivals of classic id games.

Its crazy how those glory kills never got old for me. Usually a mechanic like that would wear thin quick but the context and pure brutality of them seemed to endlessly remain enduring.
