@jdickson87: I fail to see where interstate commerce comes into play, as this is a state law, governing the sale of items within the state. Also, as far as I can remember the commerce clause gives the power to the federal government. So not sure why you are bringing it in at all.

I'm glad I got my launch PS3. Never had a PS2 and had a large collection of old PS1 games (but no PS). Backwards compatability was a big thing for me. It's a shame they took it out.

@knowledge4lfe: Don't forget PS3 comes equipped with a Hard Drive that is upgradable to any 2.5" HD on the Market, where Xbox you are forced to get a specific hard drive made by MS.
