Apart from camouflaging another holiday, I suspect the prime reason for the location was because it would conceal the chaos, because it’s sealed away from the press and the civil servant professionals who have hosted a thousand of these.

Speaking of stigmas, one of my friends took her 15 year old daughter to get the HPV vaccine, but when I asked her if she planned to get it for her 18 year old son, she looked at me like I was a maniac. A bunch of other friends have only vaccinated their daughters as well.
