I'm not very good at reading social situations, but even I'm aware that bothering people with books is rude.

That reminds me of an article where the writers claimed to be praising the "Entourage" movie, having downloaded a torrent of it, only the joke was they'd unintentionally downloaded a gay porn parody and everybody was fucking each other in it.

Suppose you're at a movie alone and your assigned seat is next to someone. They try to make conversation with you before and after the movie. Is this weird? Is it unwelcome?

My mom was astonished that nobody knew that, either. I'd never heard of it, so I'm assuming it's her fault for not serving it during my childhood.
