the best moment came when he literally came up to a nun and basically said "I believe I'm a better Christian than you". His reaction was absolute rage.
I recall watching some of "Fashion Star" when my mom and sister watched it. The most memorable part was one of the contestants (who may have won, I think) looking a lot like Tilda Swinton. I called her a "Tildalike."

So now that we know when the Disqus ship will sink, where's everybody going to go afterward?
Does that mean this is all a dream? Please say yes.
I'd totally buy this for my dinosaur-loving nephew, if I thought he had the patience for sim games. (He's 5.)
This month's "astronomy picture that looks like a prog-rock album cover" is a hybrid solar eclipse happening behind a silhouette of a man:

It's another remnant of my Mormon upbringing; for some reason, tea and coffee are discouraged.
It'll be "Logan Lucky" this week. I had been thinking of seeing "Menashe," but it seemed to disappear from the Coming Soon page on my local theater chain's website earlier this week. Of course, now it appears it will be at the expensive theater I usually go to, once I'd already made arrangements to see "Lucky"…

It more fills the "30 Rock" hole in my heart of being a live-action cartoon at times. But the "Parks and Rec" comparison is surprisingly apt.
"MST3k." No, wait. "Black Mirror." No, no, "Arrested Development…"
I set up an email account that I never use for the purposes of conservative stuff. I guess I could figure out how to set up a Google voice number. But I'd still feel uneasy about giving him another number and email to sell, even if I don't use them.
Which gives you one over on Marlon Wayans.
That CEOs are more concerned about the immediate effects of being associated with racists, while Congressmen probably think people will have forgotten about it by election time?
I'd fully expect to be beaten on my way out.
Trump is coming to Phoenix for a rally soon. A friend of mine shared an idea to try and send a message to him: Reserve tickets for the rally and then don't show up, to make the number of attendees lower than expected to hopefully dent his ego.
"Harry's Law…" My mom loved that show. I recall trying to explain to her why having a loyal audience of old people isn't as good for shows as she would have hoped.
To quote Woody Allen* on Ronald Reagan: "They say we get the President we deserve. Great, but I got the President they deserved."
