Yep.

Yeah, I think the pencil scene might have been another "ooooh" moment, but I can't recall for certain. I seem to recall some happening during the opening fight/chase, but no specifics about what caused them.

Everyone in my theater was oohhhing and aahhing in unison.

Your mentioning "The Zookeeper's Wife" trailer reminded me of how, when I saw the same movie Thursday, most of the trailers were for similarly "inspirational" films like "Gifted" and "The Shack…" except for the first one, which was "The Boss Baby" for some deranged reason.

Can't think of any real "holy grails." Most of the ones I can think of eventually got released by Criterion or something.

John Travolta: Pulp Fiction

Matt Dillon: There's Something About Mary
Jack Palance: Batman (I was tempted to include this one)
George Kennedy: Cool Hand Luke
Vanna White: Self, Wheel of Fortune

He seems to be appearing in Diet Dr Pepper commercials now, so he's probably doing okay for himself financially.

He's named after a chess piece and Patrick Swayze in "Point Break?"

There are two in the Adapted category, though.

D'oh! I used my real name. Used an address I registered specifically to vote in these kinds of polls, though.

I don't care, I liked "La La Land." I think it's getting a backlash because it's the frontrunner, and that tends to bring out the haters. Let's face it, nobody's getting this worked up over "Lion."

Saw on Colbert that Trump has claimed that CNN has gone from "fake news" to "very fake news." I assume soon he will be going to "fake news times infinity."

Best Original: Will win and should win, "La La Land"
Best Adapted: Will win, "Moonlight;" should win, um, none of the ones I've seen have impressed me that much. Maybe "Fences" is really good?
