I wanted to read this whole comment but I started having convulsions after you said you got on PACER voluntarily.

He took an implicit massive deuce on some people that are/were his friends and/or colleagues at one point for no good reason other than his own vanity, so I think the apology was warranted.

I blame Joss Whedon.

I didn't miss the point. I just disagree with it. It's silly to say "a comedian could only get a groupie that is this attractive whereas a rock star or someone else could get a groupie that is THIS attractive. Whatever is in the brains of women who want to sleep someone just because they're rich and/or famous has

You know your last paragraph is part of why I like Louie's show so much, because he's in no way afraid to look bad or to make himself the butt of the joke in a very honest way. I agree with the folks who say that Louie and Maron are very different shows - - they are different, and the similarities, I think are really

Even without the reality aspect from Maron's life with this girl, I can totally believe that this happens all the time. Comedians have groupies just like other celebrities do.

I guess I'm a prude, but I found that episode very uncomfortable to watch knowing that it was about a real woman that he's in a relationship with right now. If that episode was even 85% an accurate portrayal of how that relationship started, I really wouldn't want everyone knowing it. But I'm no longer a carefree

This is a good way to describe it.

It felt very Hell's Kitchen, and made me wonder if there might be a crossover episode at some point. Or perhaps they have done this crossover already in the past?

I've been watching Masterchef UK: The Professionals, partly because Archmage suggested checking out other Masterchefs (although he/she recommended Australia, which I still haven't had a chance to check out yet) and partly because BBC America was kind enough to make it easy for me to do so.

@avclub-9aaf315f68cdf7937dccce31ffa1bdef:disqus Yeah, actually, I do. Jordan had a heck of a lot to do with that, though, so we'll see how I feel if Jordan goes away soon.

I'm hoping he's just lying low since doing so well in the beginning. Biding his time. Like a sleeper agent or something. Because they way this is going, I'm probably going to find just about everyone else left (except maybe Luca?) way too annoying to cheer for.

Trying to pull the camera back to herself, the gleefully confrontational
Krissi lets it drop that “Beth is like one of those hipster people in
Philly that I can’t stand.” It barely registers.

One thing I'll say for Graham is he did give Kathy the slotted spoon tip. To me, he really didn't seem to mean to jinx her. But, yeah, he probably did more harm than good in the grand scheme.

I felt like I had just watched a two hour TV movie entitled "How to Dump Rosie Perez as Intricately and Unnecessarily Drawn Out as Possible so Nobody has to Feel that Bad About It."

They really did. Editing, yeah, but still.

And wrong thread. Woops!

Love it. Just love it.

It could have been the editing, but the only time she looked at all happy tonight was when Howard got complimented on his food. I smell romance!

I'm just glad Joe didn't ask if Bime was "faking" with the cupcakes. I would have hated for him to have questioned if they have those where he comes from.
