Yeah, I think I remember seeing him on some talk show talking about that. Not denigrating any show, mind you. Just talking about how working became more important after the Madoff incident.

Agree that Detox was there to fill a spot, but it was a well-deserved spot on her part. She just didn't do that well this challenge.

I like Alaska a lot, but I will be interested to see how things go now that it's only 3 "quirky" contestants and a "pageant" contestant left. At this point, she's going to have to start picking up the pace against Jinkx and Detox in particular, so I think it might get a little more catty than some are expecting.

I honestly thought that once Detox did her Cher-ish mouth move that it would be over for her. Michelle had called her on that previously. But of course, she was playing directly to Michelle in her performance and Michelle was eating it up, so. . .

I just find Vanessa Brayer adorable in that skit. That's the main reason I enjoy it.

I live in New York on Saturday nights.

To be fair, I don't think there's any reason to believe he won't do at least as well as Justin Bieber did.

That I would watch. I haven't been into Dr. Who since Ten(nant) left, but this would draw me right back in.

I love Melissa McCarthy, but the whole "fat girl falls down" thing is getting old and I'm surprised she keeps being willing to do it.

Absolutely.

Absolut. . . er,. . . ely.

I'm with you. I caught this episode On Demand, and I was just floored by the double wig reveal. Plus, I felt like Roxxxy had a better feel for the song, which is part of what makes a good LSFYL to me. Sort of like how Alyssa was more in tune with the song in the LYSFYL against Ivy Winter.

Then she became a Type A personality, moved to Chicago, and married a cute black guy.

Marc Maron has done at least one WTF interview with him also. Really good. Made me want to hug him tight.

Which reminds me:

I was underwhelmed by both of them, but they were still fun. I think the Andy Richter episode (as it came to be known) was the better of the two because of the "Aww!" factor involved.

"Max defends Madea having to go back to jail in so many Tyler Perry movies. “Like I told them, mama got tax problems!”"

Does anyone think that Michelle might decline the challenge next week? She seems like the type of person who might say "I really like what I made, and I stand by it. #NoRupaulogies"

I did like that she told the rest of them when they tried to hug her
that she didn't want to be touched right then, and that kind of makes
sense. She clearly tries to keep control of her emotions whenever
possible, so it made sense.

Good points.
