This graph doesn’t even account for prenatal gun ownership. Did you know fetus on fetus gun violence rates have soared since 30,000BC? We must ban these “barrel shrouds” with their shoulder covers and the one thing that goes up!

A better representation would be the number of gun deaths by unlicensed gun owners vs. licensed owners. I think then you will get a better idea of where the problem lies.
