Have you seen how much they cost in this part of the world?
I refer you to the post above from AndrosZ and a certain movie about which he/she/it punned.
I never said they weren’t good, merely that they weren’t worth waiting twenty years for. And the fact that Ford wasn’t prepared to back them at an international level at any point in the last two decades certainly doesn’t undermine my point.
Have a star...
You could get a die cast model BA Falcon ute right now.
Has Top Gear found their new theme music?
I would rock a KERS equivalent system on a bicycle...recharged only by the power of the legs or regenerative braking.
Correct. Most manual shifters these days are not directly rising out of the gearbox...because THEY [whoever THEY are] have decided that RWD vehicles are a redundant technology.
That sort of cash would just get you into a base model Toyota Hilux 4x4 dual cab (with the 2.5 TDi) in Australia (though it’d cost you another six to eight grand to put on the road).
It was actually designed by an Englishman...
Having experienced the Cruze diesel engine in the Holden version...GM is going to be kicking VW whilst wearing flip-flops.
So I shouldn’t try and educate them in the Truckness that is Ute? They know not what they miss and you want to deny them! What sort of monster are you?
Really? What is your evidence for this tritely monosyballic statement?
I think you mean ‘tata’
Jagwire is already taken by a Taiwanese bicycle parts company http://jagwire.com/ They happen to make some really nicely made stuff that actually works...
The ‘pickup’ is indeed based on the Navara (as is the Renault Alaskan) though (unlike the Alaskan) it will have a M-B driveline. And it’ll probably be assembled in Thailand. Due in the second half of 2017. Probably not for the US though.
Sorry bloke but until the next refresh they are still essentially the same. Since the agreement was canned they now differ in terms of engine and gearbox (and most panels) but chassis and body architecture is same same.
