There is crime there. We were robbed in front of our hotel waiting for our taxi to get us to the airport. Our luggage were looted right from under us during a momentary distraction. Just before catching our flight. Lucky us!

Just curious which other countries “privatizes” its mail. I know in Japan it doubles as a bank, or some of them do. I have not seen anywhere else where the national postal service is a private one.
