I'm more annoyed by the recent trend of Andrew clearly eating on-mic than anything (the Alex Jones thing is second). One chooses when to record. One also chooses when to eat. Those two 'whens' should NEVER be at the same damn time!!!

I like them, too and was kinda of in the same boat as you. I actually started with their Black Serial Killers episodes and that nearly had me bail out with the dumb impressions. I chalked it up to just terrible "comedy" and have continued to listen for the most part (I skip the conspiracy stuff and stick with the

I support We Hate Movies, Bloody Good Horror, and Lore.

I was on the fence on LPOTL because of the riffing. I noticed in the most recent episodes I listened to (The Children of God series), there seemed to be a lot less of it. They got into the heart of the episode really quick and didn't go off on too many tangents often.

I remember that and it's kinda when I "turned" on her a little. At points, she was just so stupidly naive, it became annoying and her fight for Adnan seems less about him and more about her feeling good about doing the "right thing". I still listened to all of the first season, but it ended leaving a bad taste for

Chris describing the cat scene coupled with the audio of the scene makes me Crack up every time.

WHM is my favorite podcast by far. I have so many favorite episodes, it almost impossible to pick just a few. Hider in the House, Blame air On Rio, Babycakes, The Hand, so many more. It's just good funny stuff.

I thought it was just me, but I am the same (also, pretty negative too). If a podcast runs long enough, I will eventually end up being extra-annoyed by the host or one of the hosts. That's usually a sign for me to take a break from that show, or to reexamine if it's something I want to keep listening to. I bowed out

Me either. In fact, I applaud him because he seems to be the first Cosby kid to openly sorta-acknowledge the impact Cosby's actions have on his fucking precious legacy.

There is also that little thing about him being involved in some unpleasant fraternity hazing back in the day.

Isn't he also playing southern in The Gift? That's actually a good movie (IMO), so no chance the fellas will cover it, but I think Keanu does a convincing hick in that one.

But Roger Moore was in 80s shape for his age.. Idris Elba is just IN SHAPE. I think he could pull of playing Bond into his 50s much better than Roger Moore.

I remember watching this when I was a kid on TV. There used to be "Afternoon Movies" on the local (Chicagoland) ABC affiliate and I seem to recall this being one of the movies that aired. It fueled a fear I had of dogs for a very long time. Well, this movie, coupled with my mom's fear of them which made her freak

That HDTGM…I couldn't. I want to finish it, but I only got about 20 minutes in. It's just so…LOUD. I'm not the hugest Jason fan to begin with and this was too much. I might have to miss this one. :-(

Gourley is quickly becoming one of my favorite podcasters/guests. I really enjoy I Was There Too. Even if not all of the guests are that interesting, when he scores someone he is a huge fan of, it is delightful. Also, I will continue to push the Untouchables episode because of his segment with his grandma.

Is that specific to giggles, or is laughter included? Because PFT's off-mike guffaws are almost more delightful than cupcakes.

"Urbanely icy sarcasm". I like the way you talk.

Ugh! Your poor brother!

See, that's good to know. I actually might NOT listen to it. Part of my problem with the first episode (Goodfellas) was the guy kinda came off like a condescending jerk and she came off as whiny. I totally thought her arguments against Goodfellas were terrible, but he also was barely letting her get anything out to

There are plenty of bad movies that both podcasts have covered that they clearly enjoyed, but they still called them out for their bullshit. If some egomaniac decides to make a sequel to a classic movie (Easy Rider), why not pass bad judgment on the movie and its creator? Is it necessarily wrong to look down on a
