Very well said I have a Dyson it stopped picking up right at 5 years. We fall in love with the bells and whistles. I say if you buy a Dyson they will try to repair it, but it has so many parts. My mother in law still has my Kirby from 2003 and yes it works it’s heavy, you have to change the bag but it picks up.
