Azerbaijan is only sort-of landlocked. Caspian shore ports like Baku, can ship goods over water through Russian canals into the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, and open ocean (although they usually don’t go that far).

You can sail from the open ocean, into the Black Sea, through the Russian Volga-Don canal into the Caspian. Of course the Russians don’t let U.S. military ships use that canal, but commercial and tourist traffic does, on small ships up to 460 feet long and 54 feet wide.

Here’s a hack for getting into LAX from the north: if you’re heading southbound on Sepulveda Blvd, ignore the first set of signs that say “LAX all terminals”. Those will bring you up a ramp (technically I guess it’s called “Vicksburg Ave”) and there’s always lots of traffic.

But it already takes me less than a minute to check in on Delta’s app as it is.

For the next round of updates how about a “Hey dumbass in the bar, your flight is boarding now”.

Southwest already has automatic check in, for a $15 fee - which gets you on board just after the elite “A-list” passengers, and pretty much guarantees that you’ll have your choice of pretty good seats and plenty of bin space.

I don’t fly very much, but the last time I did (about a month ago) it was pretty much random. Your zones were prefered and everyone else. Not sure how you’d really be able to control who you’re boarding with.

It happened here in the United States too. One of the major thoroughfares near me here in central Phoenix is called Indian School Road. It’s named after Indian School Park, which contains the old Indian School.

If you haven’t flown Southwest in the past 5 or so years, you’d find that the boarding process is now way more civilized and frankly quicker than the legacy carriers.

One of my organization’s preferred carriers is Southwest. I’ve flown them dozens of times in the last year - there’s really nothing at all wrong with them as a business airline. They are frankly more comfortable than American, less complicated, have more nonstop flights, the wifi and cocktails are cheaper, and…

You misunderstand. This doesn’t mean ordering pills online without a prescription. It means that you get to consult a doctor online (or through a phone app, which is common), and get a prescription that way. And, if you’d like, have the pills sent to you.
