Agreed. Most people who buy cars older than that (2nd or 3rd owners) will turn to the aftermarket for a solution.

Meh, nobody puts 7 people in a Model X.
I always thought it was “Brake” instead of “Break”.
This. I used similar logic when swapping my 2020 STI for a B58-powered 540i. Now I have more power, smoother ride, massaging seats etc etc and can still have fun in the corners when the time/mood strikes me. The Bimmer was cheaper to boot!
If they’re a guilty pleasure for you because, objectively speaking, they’re crap then...sure, but I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like the Mopars from that period of time. My personal favorite is my own ‘67 ‘cuda.
Cheap, solidly-built, economy cars. The general consensus - usually by non-car people - are that they’re shit, but I love them. All of them. Mirage, Fiesta, Geo Metro, Ford Escort, Cavalier/Cobalt etc etc. The world is a better place because they exist. No, I don’t own one, but I have and I would do it again.
Nothing guilty about that, those things are NICE!

A Suburban, I’m sure. I am a 4x Suburban owner and never understood why people buy Tahoes instead.
Look, I’m sure it’s great, like really great, but the issue with these bleeding-edge-of-technology things is how they hold up over time. I feel like this car will be a NIGHTMARE to own out of warranty
Where’s the nonsense about “Ground Speed”?
Quiet, you! **shaking fist**
Top Gear UK explained it, for one.

Reading comments from Tesla stans are always entertaining.
Eh, if these kinds of cars are your thing, meaning you don’t mind the maintenance, repair, tools, space, time, etc it takes to own one, NP. Everyone else, ND.
William talks the talk of someone who has had low-mileage, short term leases.
What really confuses me about Range Rovers is that they’re supposed to carry you out to remote, hard-to-access locations. Which is exactly where you’d want a reliable vehicle like a Land Cruiser, not a mechanic’s dream like a Land Rover.
How many miles have you driven your 4 Range Rovers because a 2yr/15Kmi lease would not accumulate enough mileage to unearth any real issues.
