As it turns out: no salad or corn. No braces either! Made do with zucchini squash. But yes! Adulthood is awesome! Steak and a bottle of red is a nice grown-up treat. :-)

Yes. I worked 10 hours today, so I’m treating myself. I will use a simple rub of salt, pepper, and garlic, and cook to medium rare. Corn on the cob and salad to round it out.

Just drank a bottle of Wobble IPA from Two Brothers. I bought a mixed 6-pack, so I have a bunch of options.

I lost 15 pounds in 2 days from undercooked game hen. I lost at least 10 more pounds over the next 3-ish weeks from my inability to stomach food. (I was eating maybe 400 calories per day.)
