It will never happen. There has been talk for decades about breaking up California. There are too many reasons (and resources, money, etc) that would make breaking up the state a DISASTER.

Those poor rich white guys. I mean, at least Trump can clearly articulate the problem. With Sanders? Super delegates. With him? Its obvious. So obvious that he doesn’t have to explain.
