We went from New Jersey to Mississippi in our Country Squire, but not directly, We did a loop of the country. You definitely could have set a sitcom in that car, with parents and four daughters (plus a dachshund puppy) fighting over control of the (AM) radio, crawling over seats to get to the back and try to lay down,…
My man here comes from a place of wisdom.
This is the right answer. Safe, slow and Dad can still use it to haul around bigger stuff without caring about scuffs. Daughter’s friends won’t want to ride in it so you won’t have to worry about her taking them everywhere, she’ll go in their cars. Only negative is that it is roomy and the 16 year old boy friend won’t…

Give me the one tonela-a-ada!
Take your star, dammit.

Goddammit. Take your star.
Very underrated comment.
Me, me, meeeeeeeeeeeee! I learned driving in a ‘68 olds. My heart still has a very big soft spot for it.
FTFY:
Jealous. I spent four hours first replacing my Miata’s slave cylinder, then replacing the replacement. Love spending a Saturday evening getting air out of hydraulic lines.
This is the criminally understarred COTD right here.
