Theoretically, you could use a particular array of cameras/lenses to not leave any blind spots. Fisheye, etc if necessary.
I’m more worried about the outer lens or cover itself. It doesn’t take a lot to obscure one of those tiny backup cameras. Crud. A bug. Rain could distort the picture significantly. All are issues…
