I think your explanation makes more sense, though I can see him doing it for multiple reasons that both of us cited and, as you note, none of which have to do with helping Americans.

This is what you get when you decide to ‘shake things up’ by electing a complete con man to lead you...

Same here. I want my 6 year old (as of Sunday) and 2 year old to grow up to be grounded, well-balanced adults. Consumerism does not deliver happiness. While poverty brings unhappiness, that doesn’t mean the opposite of poverty brings the most happiness.

Yeah - it’s unfortunate, but this is what happens when you have Republicans that would be fine with letting people starve, if they don’t get enough concessions. Meanwhile, the Democrats actually care about getting help to people - but sure, let’s blame them for the Republicans holding critical aid hostage.

Now if only the rest of the national and local media would follow this example.

You have to have a minimally functioning intellect to comprehend irony, so...

Yeah....these people calling for martial law to overturn an election are the same people who think that being asked to wear a mask is tyranny. They don’t see the irony.

I still believe that throwing ex-Presidents in jail is largely a very bad precedent to set, but I’m more than willing to test that with this guy.

I just can’t even with that guy anymore, this is the message he needs to see now:

That was a similarly ambitious game and it ran well on console, which makes Cyberpunk’s jankiness look even worse in comparison.

Right? Like of all the ways to fuck up you go with crunch working conditions, metacritic bonuses, and a broken product at launch? Those are like the three high profile development sins! Everyone knows this!

One of the solutions is to never ever pre-order anything, giving them money based on pretty trailers and promises is the clearest capitalist sign that tells them it’s ok to ship unfinished shit.

“create one of the most ambitious games of all times”

What aggravates me the most is that the vision, capabilities, skills, and imaginations of dozens of people helped create one of the most ambitious games of all times, yet all of that is buried underneath one of the clearest examples of how disgusting capitalism is overall.

I still don’t get what all the talk is about. $600, $1200, sure, a lot of people need money. But let’s be real honest for a minute here.

In their defense, we have a duty to reflect true history. That’s why Transformers has that disclaimer at the start.

I love that Jacobs had her prop can of Pierce sperm at the ready. And at the same time there’s something very Britta about the fact that nobody else had the same idea.

Yahoo Screen tanked Yahoo Screen. I watched every episode of season six multiple times (as well as Other Space) on Yahoo Screen app on the Apple TV and I never saw one commercial.

This show was to good for this world.  I remember it starting right after Big Bang Theory got BIG and it was such a refreshing change.  BBT always was punching down.  Community just embraced everyone’s weird loves and didn’t judge.

Oh, Britta's in this?
