In our town there are 5 Team Instinct. Three of us are 20+. We control all gyms for 2 or 3 days at a time (mostly because of one very stubborn member). A group of blues will sweep by and take them occasionally, but only for 5 minutes at a time before one of us sweeps by and takes them back.

I only picked Instinct because of the three Gen 1 Legendaries, Zapdos was the best. Her high speed and special stats combined with her then unique typing made her an absolute powerhouse. I plowed through most of Pokemon Stadium with that girl alone.

From what they’ve said it does seem like the other 150 floors should be better (especially if they don’t start you at level 1 again). This kinda does feel like the team’s MO: start out kinda safe then expand and improve.
