She and John are some of the greatest gifts Jon Stewart ever gave us, I cant wait to see Jessica rise to the occasion as well.

Even if Family Guy and South Park are truly satire and mean no ill-will towards groups that they mock, their fans are boys and man-children and “they know not what it means”. But they aren’t. Parker and Stone and MacFarlane (not the only ones) are puerile cultural shitstains making a buck off their emotionally…
Alternative Destiny sales method: you pay $190 for a mystery box, which could contain one of these figures. Or it could contain an old newspaper and piece of dog shit.
oh my god oh my god
Seeing this made me think how cool it would be if you sent them a picture of your character donning the your armor and weapons of choice and they made a figure based of that. I imagine it would be too expensive for me to ever consider buying one personally, but would be cool if that option existed.
Oh, I forgot: something something public lynching something trial by association of guilt or whatever QED bitches and lying and such. Lessee: golddiggers shaming male sexuality what was she in a hotel for anyway payday May Day Manic Monday etc et al also Assange or whatever. Fin.
You jest, but point in fact, the loss occurred when they were down three players because of the detentions. I can hear on the horizon the bellowing whinges of a thousand affronted Anglophone dudes who’ve never watched men’s volleyball in their life but are now uberfans bewailing the Politically Correct Police State cum…
To be fair, I don’t think that volleyball is any better or worse than other youth sports. They all have this problem, whether they admit it or not. Swimming had a big thing a few years ago. Gymnastics, too. Basketball is hardly exempt.
It was the ones who weren’t arrested, presumably the non-rapists, that lost. They don’t deserve the sarcasm. It would be interesting to see how all team rankings would change if the rapists were out of the picture.
Juniors volleyball has its fair share of predatory coaches, as well. I can think of four that I came across as a player and a coach. For two of them, it was basically an “open secret” that they would sleep with players.
We can now welcome a new sport to the running list of professional athletic pursuits troubled by allegations of sexual violence. Hello, volleyball. You are an...unexpected addition.
Thank you. Also worth noting: the vast majority of vets are not combat vets. It’s one thing to have served your country dutifully and faithfully in an important non-combat role and love the sound of fireworks. It’s another to have recurring nightmares of the IEDs that killed and maimed your closest friends. My brother…
Please remember to be considerate of your neighbors this Independence Day weekend in the USA. While you may love fireworks, there may be a combat veteran suffering from PTSD close by. Try to remember that loud noises can scare people (and pets), especially late at night.
THIIIIIIS. I’ve come to hate shopping there because of this. I find myself wondering if I have to perform some sort of animal sacrifice before I can just pay for my shit and leave.
Absolutely agree. They are horrible. I had a roommate who worked for them and had a similar hiring experience. They never called so she just showed up. After that they messed up her social security number THREE TIMES when attempting to process her employee paperwork.
Dig at Macy’s for not hiring enough personnel because they only care about the bottom line!
Barely related side-note: I got hired at Macy’s on a Friday, and was told they’d call me with a schedule Monday. I never heard from them again, nor was I able to reach a human through their phone system. Hmm.
Carrying clothes between floors is theft, and carrying previously purchased items with receipt around the store is also theft. I think they’ve made it illegal to shop at Macy's.
Carrying clothes between floors in the same store is theft??!! Hell, I’ve done that multiple times before. What a racket.
That has to be more people than NYC puts in Rikers.
