iSyncr. Its $2 i think but very worth it. It syncs via USB and Wifi. You have the same control as iPhone sync with sync selected playlists, selected artists, album, genre, etc.

altho, i cannot help but be reminded of the simpsons movie every time i watch this show. i dont want to call stephen king a copier, but the similarities are uncanny. (simpsons movie predates king's novel)

compare to the other new tv show featured on kotaku, defiance, i find under the dome to be much better. altho (spoilers) some of the characters on under the dome is beyond annoying and crazy, such as Junior and that nutcase cop that shot at the dome
