Agreed. I love watching unlikable people because seeing them try to justify their actions is fascinating. To each their own, but I don’t quite get people who want their media to be full of characters who fart unicorns and rainbows.

I feel like this review is a little harsh? I don’t know, I thought this season was great and had no issue with the finale (other than the general “why must you leave me hanging?” pissiness). Maybe I’m just not that discerning a viewer, but I don’t think the show nosedived nearly as much as Alex seems to think it did.

GOD, I hate Parenthood. What schmaltzy, emotionally manipulative piece of shit that show was. Of course I need to hate-watch something else now, so I’ll probably give this a shot.
