In the article they addressed deliveries, with special truck being allowed into the city center. I would assume they’d work out something for utilities and other businesses who need to get in. It sounds like they’ll be rolling this thing out in stages and I see no reason why they wouldn’t be able to accommodate…

I find it extremely hard to believe someone would say that on a crowded plane. That sounds exactly the type of story one would make up in an attempt to make someone look bad. It just sounds super villain evil fake.

I don’t think these (temporary) restrictions are uncalled for at all. At the very least these stunts should only be allowed over bodies of water or empty fields.
