I can’t wait to play this game! I have so many games though, it might need to wait. I love metroidvanias. I played the demo of this and thought it felt fantastic. I love that dash!

I don’t like what that Ubisoft Exec said either, so I’ll buy the physical PS5 version of this and actually own the game, forever. I get people that want to pirate it based off of what the guy said, but the developers just wanted to make a good game, and it looks like they did, so I’m going to support them. Fuck that…
I know, I got through it and found myself wondering if I somehow missed the part that actually took a stab at telling me whether it was worth the ten bucks or not
Oh, and there’s a plug for the TV series. So not really a review but a long-form ad.
that’s not true there’s also some ancillary covid filler.
This review barely has any focus on the differences between game versions, which is kind of a waste since we can just read the general reviews from four years ago.
He didn’t get this indefinite sentence solely because of the gta leak.
Wouldn’t the draconian solution have been to put him in a normal prison?
Eh...maybe.
Kotaku equating AI to NFTs might be the dumbest thing I’ve read in a while. AI has legitimate uses across multiple industries and is inevitably going to be a part of most future development pipelines. It’s not some cash grab fad that’s going to quickly fade away like NFTs.
I agree with most of this list, with two exceptions.
I stopped buying. Seriously, we all buy too much junk—stuff we are never going to wear or use. (I just got done bagging a bunch of old clothes to give to charity) — Now all I want is a controller + a few clothing items + toiletries + a few tools a gym subscription and that’s IT! I don’t want any more STUFF! I will…
Yeah, sorry, but if it has the same shallow repetitive gameplay as NMS, pass.
This would be a great use case for AI to auto-moderate this stuff.
How would you get to the moon lol?
That’s their other game
I can’t wait to do endless boring crafting
Okay Sean, don’t over promise. Just say we’ve been working on something and show some clips!
I’ll just outright say it: you’re trying to say piracy. If you buy something digitally, it seems like you should be justified in retaining a backup copy for this very reason.
They really should be taken to court for this. Licenses expiring is a common thing in digital distribution. The solution is to pull the licensed content from the store, not user libraries. That’s been the standard practice for games, I don’t see why it should be any different for movies or TV shows.
