I literally just said I care and looking at the comments many do likewise. The problem with this approach is also when it comes to different languages, they does not translate well in many languages. For example in Dutch, they would become zij, which is the same as the female pronoun zij.

Great article and I have followed Sterling for many years. But the use of a plural for one person is something I cannot really get behind.They and their are meant for multiple people grammatically and this has is just horribly confusing. I'd rather see a new word rather than using a plural. 

Can you actually be a fan of something which does not exist? Star Citizen “fans” sound more like Star Citizen believers or Star Citizen Zealots to me. 

Here's a crazy idea:how about no sequel or reboot, but a new IP with some actual gameplay innovations. 

I was already disappointed with the game without even playing it. From story to enemies (zombies, again...) , to gameplay, it was all so extremely generic. It might be a really fun game but the whole premise around it really put me off.

Seeing how often the USA had school shootings, it does make sense to include them in a game about the work a SWAT team does.
