I mentioned in another post that previous waivers were VERY specific, and that this Excel spreadsheet that was posted was likely in response to a June 1st deadline that needed to inform the OGE of waivers. If this is all they’re giving us, and it stays so general, then the more outrage the better!

Just based on the limited reading I just did, there are certain situations where a Presidential appointee needs an “ethics waiver” to comply with ethics restrictions imposed at the time of the appointment.
